I have called Edgars Customer Care to follow up on the Claim I have put through for Cellphone insurance Last week so anway they gave me this number to call (0113751800 and 0860346748), I have waited 45mins on the phone and listened to some stupid lady's voice that kept saying "as a valued customer we appreciate your patience so please stay on the line and we assure you that your call will be answered" what a load of I am so disappointed!!! I have wasted my airtime on this pathetic people that cannot answer my calls 45MINS AND I DID NOT EVEN GET ANYWHERE SO DISGUSTED AND ANNOYED!!!
