I was at our jet store now and when i paid using my account. the cashier said to me i must pay in R185 so i give him the money, but when i recieve my slip there is still credit on the card. So i asked him to explain to me why must i pay in if there is still credit on my card. He actually takes the slip and tries to explain that the total of the stuff is R185 and that is after he already ran it through my card, so i am saying to him but my credit is way more than that so Why must i Pay in. I told him to give my money back and that he ran the goods through on my card. without any remarks he gave my money back with no reply of sorry or anything. He thought i was stupid enough and that i dont understand how the slips work. I could not believe it. I have had my jet account many years and by now i must know what i can and cant buy. When i asked for the manager it took half an hour and i left. i phone customer care where a lady roodly gave me a 031 305 4414 or 031 305 2050 number and there no one even bothers to pick up the phone. this is poor service. i will definitly close up my account in the future and i wont recomend anyone to open one.
