I have a lay bye of Russell hob appliance and i was paying the lay bye through debt order. after i have paid up. i called Mpho to ask about the delivery and he promised that delivery will be done after 3 week but i didn't receive anything till to day and when i called him he pretend as if did hear me. i called his office several time and promise to comeback but no one comes back to me.
