Hi

I put a complaint in about Checkers Hyper in Vanderbijlpark about a table that had a price on, but they wouldn't let me buy it. It was in the "marked down" department, where they sell stuff that cannot be sold in the store itself (maybe the box got damaged, etc).

Mr Zeph (manager) phoned me and apologized and even offered me a BRAND NEW table for a very good price.

I just want to compliment him for CARING enough to call me and to talk to me about the situation in a very nice way.

Checkers is my store, and I like to buy at that specific store, and thanks to Mr Zeph I will go there ever again!
