We bought a bedroom suite in 2012 May, in King William's Town cash. Since we live in White River Mpumalanga we asked that it can be delivered by Nelpsruit branch because when they checked in the system Bradlows Nelspruit had it. It was delivered, then later we noticed that it is peeling on top where we can't reach, we went to the Nelspruit branch to report the matter and they called the KWT branch so that they can lodge a complaint. The helpful Fannie Mokoena from Nelspruit did all he could to follow up on the KWT branch so that we can get a new bedroom suite as it still had guarantee. We went to the Nelspruit branch in March this year, we kept on calling and calling on our side since March, they came to collect it end of August 2013 saying that we will get another one. Up until this day we haven't heard a thing, when we call the branch we don't get a straight answer. It is so sad for a high profile company like Bradlows not to take care of their customers. It is even worse because we don't owe them a dime yet this is how they treat us. We have now taken the matter to Clientelle Legal with the hope that we will get our bedroom suite
