I went to Game looking for a camp cot. The cot is available in pink and in blue. The problem is that the one in blue is R500 cheaper than the pink. I asked why the cots which are the same in make could be priced differently, the only difference was color. The manager was contacted and no substantive answer was provided, only that the shop will loose its margins if the pink cot was to be priced the same as the blue, and head office will not want the branch to loose its margins. So could Game head office please explain to me as a customer why you would charge a customer R500 more for a pink cot?
