I bought my sons both the same toy. Two kick scooters, both blue as a Christmas present.
When i opened it one was pink. My 4 year old son had the compassion on his 6 year old brother and gave him the blue one waiting for his daddy to swap the pink for blue.
I bought this on the 23rd of December and to my greatest disappointment I am still waiting even for a call. I went to Canal walk, they didnt have, Tygervalley none. I went twice to Cape Gate and both times it was postponed and was told it is on its way. Its 14 days now already.
No one ever called me, i had to enquirer myself. Its three more days since my last inquiry.
The managers name i prob spelled wrong but she has red hair and was off sick on Monday.
All my petrol and expenses exceeds the cost of the toy i bought. If it was my company i would have refunded the customer and also give the toy for free. It cost me R300 but more torment then anything.
Peter please help me, Cape Gate Mr Price wont. Im desperate really. I feel like a failure to my boy.
I dont just use this website to complain but also to compliment.
