CUSTOMER SERVICE APPAULING!!!
application approved - 29th nov they advised can collect phone 4th dec.. wrong collour they advised they will let me know when my IPHONE C PINK will arrive - A week later I haven't heard anything I then go into the store 11th dec advised no phone NOW i was getting annoyed i ask them to look into it and let me know whats happening as im NOT HAPPY... WAIT FOR IT I get a message on 12th dec to advice they have just ordered the phone and will advise me on the progress on the Monday 16th dec..NOW NOW I WAS FUMMING LIVID as where the is the customer service (phone call??) I called manager immediately she looked into it call me back advise there is NO PINK IPHONE at all in stock only blue!!! I AM FUMMING NOW on the 13 dec said blue will be ok but still want the deal I signed for and compensation for my time, she had to order the phone in - now the 18th no phone call from manager when into store they called manager who advised she told a consultant to call me (but received no call) and STILL NO PHONE - BAD REALLY BAD SERVICE - I WANT THE PHONE I WLL NOT BE PAYING MY FIRST MONTH BILL THEY WILL AND WANT A COVER FREE -SORT THIS NOW.
