In August 2013 Edgars in partnership with Aramis brought out a travel bag special. You purchase a Aramis product to the value of R1000 and you then receive a free travel bag. I made this purchase on 18th August 2013. In September 2013 I went to visit my daughter in the UK (my luggage weighed 15kgs). While visiting her the said travel bag zip broke forcing me to purchase a suitcase. Does Edgars/Aramis know about this defect?
