I wanted to buy a face wash, checked the shelves, saw price tags and a description that fitted the product I wanted to buy. Stood in the que to pay and a different price popped up when the face wash was scanned. I told the cashier that wasn't the price I saw on the shelf. Another lady, Tebogo, asked me to come with her to the shelf to point out what I was talking about. She checked the barcode, it didnt match that on the shelf. She pointed out to a different price tag, with the same amount that was scanned at the till, but with a different barcode and product description. When I pointed that out to her, she simply walked back to the till, didn't bother to say anything to me. I looked through all those barcodes on the shelf, compared all of them to the products and none of them matched. I went back to the till and asked so how she plans to help me since I looked through that section of the shelve and she wasn't prepared to do anything. To top it all, I had my parking ticket validated at the shop exit, only to have it returned at the boom gate, I had to reverse back to pay for parking.
