Daylight Again!!!

Another incident with this Spar 2day! I purchased a 250ml Gliss Conditioner. On the shelf it was priced R44.99.When I got to the til it scanned as R48.99.I pointed it out to the cashier. She sent her packer to check the price. She came back saying its R48.99.I then went with her &showed her the barcode & it was correct. The cashier continued 2 tell me the shelf price is wrong & 2 pay the scanned price. I asked 4 the manager, Veni. She was sitting right in front of me but refused 2see me. Instead she sent her supervisor to tell me they will have 2 charge me the price its scanned nt whats on the shelf. I proceeded to ask the supervisor about the off milk on my previous complaint, she said they are aware of it & cant give any refunds, all I can do is exchange it for another milk. Why is it still on the shelves! I pointed out the letter on the wall that states refunds done with a till slip. This isn't the supervisors fault. She was friendly, she apologized & she doesnt make the rules. This Spar branch makes their own rules & they dont follow consumer rights or customer service rules at all. Its managed & owned by family, Vino Moodley, Veni & Vanitha.
