Exclusive books have a product where the give (or sell, I can't remember) a software packet with which you can design and compile your own little photo book. After you have compiled it you mail it to them and they print it for you. My wife compiled a book and sent it off on 29/09/2013. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for her mother. EB acknowledged receipt with order no JVE7K1YR. We have heard nothing. They were supposed to contact me to arrange the EFT payment. You cannot contact them as they provide no contact numbers with the software. I phoned EB head office this morning and spoke to two people who have never even heard of the product.
