We bought a new KIC fridge from Games Pavillion. It is faulty. Games said KIC would phone me back. They didn't!!! I had to phone them. Then the lady at the call centre asked ME to wait while she answered another call!!! This was MY phone call, my money being wasted. KIC obviously do not phone back in spite of being assured by Game that they would contact me. One way of KIC saving money. My fridge is not even 3 months old!!!
