I bought a comforter at home choice and they delivered a wrong order. I was put on hold and fought at by the sales agents there for more than 30min. Bearing in mind I called them. He was the 4th person I called and he gladly helped me in no time. He even told me to hang up and he'll call me back. He did just that. He even kept on apologising. He fixed my problem and even told me they'll come fetch the wrong order. Thank you he was the best
