I contacted Edgars accounts department, /- 14:30 (09/10/2013), to confirm if my account is paid, after receiving an sms that my account needs to be paid, as I already paid my account. I spoke to Malibongwe. After supplying my ID number, another person's surname, Kekang, came up I requested that he re-enters my ID to confirm that Mr Kekang's details don't come up, as I was afraid that there might be. Malibongwe found it very funny and laughed at my request. After confronting him regarding his attitude and lack of provesionalism he put down the phone without further assistance. is serious and Identity is common. With this attitude it is no wonder that get away with it!!! It seems like service is not a priority at Edgars and is not taken seriously
