i have on 3 occasions mailed your Customer Services for assistance with account billing.
E-mails dd: 25/09/2013; 30/09/2013 and 07/10/2013, i have to date not received one response from any of my E-mails and for a "Customer Service" reference, i think that your services are pathetic.
i will appreaciate if somebody could please contact me as i would like to get my account in order.
