Chantel at Clicks Valley Centre is really committed to delivering a service. I returned a product i had purchased at a different Clicks and whilst Chantel waited for the supplier to collect and replace the item she informed me weekly of the progress and kept me in the loop. Once I had collected the replaced item she phoned back 2 days later confirm it was working and that I was happy. thank you for advising me of the status.
