On the 05/09/2013 i wrote a complained about foshini riverside mall in nelspruit about a bad quality jacket that i bought from them. the lady by the name of Vanessa da Rocha (TFG customer service online liason assistant) responded saying i will be contacted but until today im still waiting. is she just fooling me or what? its been a month already and i heared nothing from them. i paid money for the jacket and i want my money back.
