I paid my account on the 1/05/2013 but my line is still locked. Called virginmobile's customer care number and I was told they can't help me which I find very strange that if a customer care agent can't help me nor five me more information as to what is is that I need to do or need to send or where should I go or call to assist me in activating my line as it's locked. Today it's the 11th my is still locked the payment was made on the 1st at shoprite. Please can someone tell where to go or what is it that I need to do so that my line can be unlocked, thanks.
