I applied for Total quality managment at the end of last year, and it cost me alot of money, money I dont have to play with. The subjects are (and I recieved my inrolment letter too confirming my inrolment for this subject/course) TOTAL QUALITY MANAGMENT PTQM04M PTQM01J PTQM02K PTQM03L. I waited for a month for the books and so forth and when it finanly came it was all wrong, instead I got one book for a subject I have no clue about (and it was to be around 4 books), CREDIT MANAGMENT PRINCIPLES PPBM08Y... But it does not end there, just to get some one to help me sort out this problem was a mission on its own and costed me alot of money in cell phone calls... This has cost me alot of money and a waist of my time...
