I would like to make a formal complaint on this mop, in the space of 3 months we have had to replace the mop twice, and my mother-in-law has also replaced her mop once. all 3 have broken in the same place. at the bottom where the tick screws into the mop base. simply snapped at the joint. that is 3 mops in 3 months... for R119 we cannot be expected to by a mop every month. we both purchased our mops from Picknpay in Park Meadows. i am battlign to try and find my reciepts but im sure i could get them from my previous shopping lists on my smart shopper history... i now need to go back to picknpay and try and hackle to get them to replace now a 3rd mop!!!
