Two weeks ago I went into Shoprite to return unwanted gifts. the gifts being dinner sets and glass tumblers, i approached the branch manager who was an indian women with short spikey hair to ask her the procedure, however she rudely told me they do not do that!! she was terribly rude and unprofessional for her being a branch manager! she also couldnt give me a reason for being unable to return my things.. i do my months shopping at this branch and i usually spend R1500 to R2000 at a time, never again will i support this branch and i will make it my obligation to tell fellow shoppers about this branch managers impoliteness, i want an explanation for being unable because these gifts were clearly purchase from shoprite as there are plently of the same currently shelved, also i didnt want a cash refund, i would have took things instead.
