I received a silver bag as a gift from a friend of mine's mother who was moving to Scotland - I received the bag in December and in May, noticed that it had started peeling. I contacted somebody called Sylvia, who asked me for proof of purchase (which I didn't have and they had moved to Scotland) and she then asked me to send her pictures, I did that, and have asked her 3 times what is happening, and she doesn't even bother to reply. This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable
