I do not understand how edgars New Accounts operates. I went into Pretoria branch on the 30th of September 2013 to open a new account and was advised that it takes 48 hours. After the 48 hours i went to the branch and was told they need to confirm employment. Up to now no feedback has been received.
Edgars, is this how you treat your prospective customers?
