I just had the misfortune of being served by a lady named Spokie, according to the till slip. When I got to the till she didn't greet, she only responded when I greeted her. She then took my items and put them aside (this is the part she's supposed to ask me for a Clubcard). I gave her my clubcard and she scanned it and gave it back. She then rang up my items and just waited for me to look at her till to see how much is due (this is the part where she's supposed to tell me how much I need to pay). I paid and she just gave me back my bank card and slips (this is the part she's supposed to thank me). She then called one of her colleagues from the floor and I took it that was my cue to get out of her face. I'm not going to paint your staff with the same brush. I've been a Clicks customer for years and this was the first time I experienced such a stinking service. Please tell her I said she must stay at home if she doesn't want to work there. I have at least 5 people that would love to have her job.
