Ad sevice from foschini and finrite insurance

My phone got about two months ago.foschini and finrite responded very fast in aproving the insurance claim.firstly the phone which foschini offered me was R500 less than the original phone bought.secondly i had to pay an excess fee of R250 which i find ridiculous.anyway i excepted the phone and paid the excess fee.the cashier finalized all paperwork as per procedure and lastly opened the phone only to discover there was no usb cable in the box.the reason why finrite insurance offered a cheaper phone was according to them that they need to give me a phone with the same specs as the one i lost, which i also excepted.as from the 4.05.13 foschini and finrite are trying to establish why there is no usb cable in the box as the previous phone had one.up to now nobody has contacted me as to what is happening and to when i will get my phone.foschini blue route does not answer their phone and finrite is making you hold on for up to 20min.i need someone to phone and tell what is happening about this transaction which i paid for alraedy.
