I phoned in placed an order for an item, the lady went into our account and said I can come collect. I came through only to be told that we are over our account by R200 therefor they will not give me the item. I told them they should've advised us before I came through instead of teling me that I can come and collect, their response showed an absolute lack of interest.
Bolt Engineering are fast to send representatives around to get you to buy more, but fall behind in payment just a little bit and they start threatening to sue you, even if you are a good customer of theirs. They are very fast to add on big amounts of interest as soon as you fall a little behind with payment. This company is all about the money and nothing about service
And it's often pointless to go into this store to buy because I have waited up to a half hour before due to them being severly understaffed, this is something that has been going on since we first went to them. It's very rare that I do not have to wait for a substantial amount of time before I'm helped.
