Poor service

Today my wife and myself went to game to buy a hairstraightner, we stood in the electronics isle for about half an hour to be helped, we then decided to go and look for someone and we found a coloured guy wearing a white shirt named albert i asked him to get me the russel and hobbs straightner for R229 and he wrote the slip out and told me i must go pay and he will send the item to the front. i did as asked and went to pay and asked for my item but none came out, i waited for another half an hour and nothing came so i decided to go back in for the item. i found albert and asked him where is my item and he said he was looking for us and we are not his only clients and he went onto the storeroom. a few minutes later the manager came out and asked what is going on. after explaining to her she said they do not have the item in stock and they are sorry. now i paid for a item they do not have, they refunded me on my rcs and now i have to wait another 48 hours for the money to be in flow again. so that means i must wait till next weekend to get my item seeing that i work during the week, all which could have been evaded if the employees did their work properly. i am very unsatisfied!
