On Sunday 01 September I purchased a bottle of OMO auto washing liquid. On the bottle they had advertised a competition that stated a guarenteed prize. When I got home I lifted the front flap of the sticker and followed all SMS instructions. I immediately received a message back advising that I had won a meal voucher from "Cape Town Fish market" and tjhat somebody would contact me within 48hrs.
I have still not been contacted and decided to email there customer service on 05 September. I received a reply on 09 September from Bongi who applogised and assured me that somebody would be in touch with me shortly. Too date I have not had any calls or feedback, even after sending Bongi a further 2 emails, she now ignores my mails.
For those who buy OMO, will know that is is not cheap and when a well known brand such as OMO advertise promotions and competitions and do not follow through, I feel they must take responsibility.
Very Unhappy.
