I purchased a game from [URL Removed] over the weekend 28/29 September 2013. The site said the game was in stock and shipping was expected within one working day. Living in Johannesburg, I expected in on Monday/Tuesday at the latest. However, the estimated date was only Wednesday the 2nd of Oct.

This then changed to the 3rd of October. This delayed delivery is my first problem, but not the real cause of my frustration.

After receiving an sms to tell me my package would be delivered today (03/03/2013), and checking on the site stating my order was completed, I still have not received my package. This has led to a few frustrating conversations with your courier. While I understand it's not completely in your control, they are your couriers and thus a part of the service you offer.

I really like want to like you guys, but as a first time customer on Kalahari, it's a bit disappointing given service I have experienced from other online retailers.
