So i took the plunge and decided to buy something from Kalahari seeing that its a sister company. Boy do i regret it. I purchased a bible on the 11th of September 2013 (order number: 1000221063) and the e-mail advised of a 14 day delivery turn around. I got an e-mail stating that the expected delivery date is the 3rd of October 2013. I called into the call centre just to confirm if I would receive my order today and the ever so enthusiatic (NOT) consultant tells me expected date is 10 working days due to a suppliers problem. So technically I'm waiting over a month for something i paid for. You guys need to get your house in order. absolutely ridiculous. You guys should get a tip from Simplicity Online. Online buying is supposed to make life simpler for the consumer not impossible. Jeez!!!
