My mom called them for the ITC number, which I don't know why because they should know it seeing they sold the phone to my gran, they gave her mtn's number to do their work for them!!! Ridiculous!! As far as I'm aware the shop you bought the phone is supposed to help you with that!! Maybe they too lazy!!
