Once I realized the bed was not the correct product i phoned the sales person Romeo advised him, He then said will delivered another bed which was delivered the base feet was the same as the old ones i saw the feet coming loose again, and I marked the feet with white tipex just to find out they did not replace it, I than reported it again this query is now going on for 3 months waiting. I phoned head office dealt with victor reference number 476533 was given than a Chippie phoned me (0118931960) advising me is the manufacturer will have bed in a week time i phoned him back asking him why the new bed not delivered, he advised me he have other customers as well i told him that that he said i am first priority that i will have the bed, a shamiega or gainorre phoned me from head office advising me that they dealing with the complaint still waiting on feedback, I also got a call from a Chippie he introduced himself as the manufacturer and I will have brand new bed in a week time still waiting almost a month waiting on him. The customer care lady from Lewis in Johannesburg cbd phoned me as well told me they send the fax the query through when I phoned to do follow up I liaised
