I have been querying the non-delivery of this order which I placed on the 19th September since Friday 27th September and have after repeated phone calls and emails still not received any feedback regarding this order. According to notification I received it should have been delivered on or around the 23rd of September. I also checked the product information again and the lead time from supplier to delivery is within 6 working days of the order being placed. I am still waiting. Disgusted with the bad service, the failure to contact me regarding the issue and the repeated promises of an answer that never materialises! Taking my business elsewhere in future.
