I suspect Game sold me a faulty Laptop (ACE)

I Purchased an Ace laptop on the 30 January 2013 and on the 15 of February 2013 I want for Repairs for USB POTS not working, they send it back to me saying they work but no I was still enchanting same problems but continued using it until on the 7th of September 2013 I want and visited Game shop in Brooklyn so they can help me to send it for Repairs till now I haven't received all call with my Laptop. Is been almost a month. I think this Laptop was faulty from the first day.
I will really appreciate your help
