On Friday 18th January 2013 we were treated very badly by a Game employee. When I asked to speak to the store manager I was told she is not available after which I emailed Massmart as my complaint was of a serious nature. Massmart immediately launched an investigation on executive level and stayed in constant contact with me. I am impressed with the speed, efficiency and care both Massmart and Game displayed to correct their staff member's mistake. Thank you Andre, Noel and Brian, you have restored my trust in you and with people like you leading this company I can only see positive growth for Game in the future.
