Bad Attitude

On Wednesday 28/08/2013 I bought groceries at Shoprite Strand. I stood in the queue at the till and handed over my groceries to pay for it. After it was added up I handed over my money for payment. The lady then did not have enough change to pay me. She rang the bell and handed another lady money to get change. That lady went to another counter
and started service other customers while I waited for my change. The Lady at the till started adding up another customers groceries. After more than five minutes money was brought to the till and I was handed a R 2 rand. As their was still some change outstanding I asked for it. She then did not have any and did not make any move to pay me. I walked to the managers office where two people sat. I reported it to them but they did not say a word. I was upset
because of their behavior and phoned the head office, client's service. A lady told me the manager of the shop would phone me. Up to today, 30/08/2013 nobody phoned me. I am 65 years of age and do not think myself or friends of mine will buy there again, because the service is chaotic. To keep my change is the same than.
