On 28/12/2013 I went to Total Sports at Circus Triangle in Mthatha, I wanted to buy a Nike infant's sneaker.
When i got in, went straight to the sneakers dept and i stood there literally for 5 minutes with no one coming to assist me, Eventually I went around the store raised my hand and shouted HELP, a gentlemen who was sitting looking at me the whole time came and asked what was wrong. I expleined that im looking for a specific sheo size, he told me to wait for the person who was stationed at the shoe dept as he is not working in that department and cannot help, as its not his job, If I have a complaint I can call Head office and he will give me the number. The manager was not in, I went to the nearest SportsScene and asked for the number of the area manager. The manager at Sportscene (Henry) was very helpful called the Total Sports manager (Mandi) and explained what happened. I spoke with her and when i described how the consultant looks she said it was Siya she gave me the number of the Area manager (Andries) I called him and sent him a text message he never got back to me. the service I got at Total sports was shocking, even the are manager who did not return to me.
