I went to your Constantia branch looking to get a bigger size skirt for my niece.
She REALLY wanted it as it was perfect for her birthday party. Unfortunately no one could help me but I was told to contact your head office.
I phoned and spoke to Erica and she found one in my nieces size but it was all the way in Ottery and I live in Fish Hoek. I start work to early to go get it and finish to late to fetch it.
Erica offered to go to your Ottery branch and buy the skirt herself and I can come to the head office and collect it and pay her for it. Wow, have you ever heard of customer service like that!!
I must say, in today's times you don't get staff that are willing to go the extra mile. Most people just say sorry we have no stock and move along (this has happened to me at a branch). Erica is definitely one of a kind and a fantastic brand ambassador for your company.
I just wanted to let you know and thanks to Erica and my experience shopping at Pick n Pay. I will definitely be shopping at Pick n Pay and telling one and all of my wonderful service received.
