What do i have to do to have this issue resolved??

Before the service commenced on my vehicle I specifically referred to the screeching sound when braking.
Erica then assured me upon replacing my break pads that this would be fixed.

According to them they have changed my break pads. Clealry my car was not taken for a test drive after the repairs.

When driving the car, the screeching sound is STILL there.

Also I was told they are a bit busy today so my car was not washed (I said its okay I will pick it up in any case)

R5 402.55 and my issue is still not resolved. Not acceptable.

Is this how people out of motor plan are treated?
