On the 25th of January i made a payment to the bank account of MBD for my vodacom account and entered one of the digits incorrectly in my reference number, in noticing this i called in and made Friedah aware in order for them to allocate the payment correctly. on the 31 January she sent me an email saying she had sent the proof of payment to the accounts department. i continued receiving calls and sms's saying i havent made the payment, on the 18 of Feb i called in and spoken to her and asked her what was happening, and she said she doesnt know and will contact me the next day confirming that the query had been sorted out, to this day i have not heard anything from her. on the 21st Feb i called in again and requested to speak to her, i was put on hold and could hear people talking, then the phone was hung up. I am beyong annoyed with bad customer service
