Logged a complaint on Hello Peter on 12/09/13 re account not closed despite my requests via email on 25/08/13 & 03/09/13 to the TFG. Vannessa Da Rocha responded via Hello Peter on 13/09/13 that the query needs to be investigated by the Customer Service Department & that it may take a few days. Well I don't have patience, and it's been a week.
On a previous occassion I emailed TFG (prior to the dates mentioned below) regarding the outstanding balance on my account & they could respond within 2 days and provide me with all the information I need.
Now that I want to close the account, it's a whole long process!!!
