I had two orders and because of delivery issues (i was unnavailable to recieve them), customer support decided i will be given a full refund. customer service said thay have changed their web page recently and this is the reason i havent seen my refund reflected in my account. i have phoned and received emails which i kept telling me over and over i will receive my refund within 24hrs. the last time i was on [URL Removed] website i got my shooping bag prepared as i intend to re-order all the items supposedly refunded and found all the prices had increased in the last month since i first ordered the items. when i got in contact with customer service i received an email saying i will receive a R100 voucher along with my refund. again it should take between 2-7days. i also received an email from another person at customer support saying i will not receive a voucher and there was no mention of my refund. i keep emailing and calling and i get no reply. i was first told i will receive a refund 3/9/2013. a month allready after i first ordered the items
