Poor Service

I handed my bike in for repairs almost 6 weeks ago to replace the 3rd gear. Now I have not received my bike back yet after almost 6 weeks. They just tell me to be patient, and that I am unreasonable to expect such a big job in a short time. I have sent mails to their. Then I was told that by Matt: " Don't think your emails scare us" was his answer. 6 weeks is more than enough. No answers from them, just empty promises. All I want, is my bike back. That is not much asked after I paid in advance. This is the worst service I have ever received. I expect an answer from the Head Office with a date to promise when my bike will be done or this will be reported as far as I can go.
