Against my better knowledge, I have again fallen into the trap of trying to buy items from [URL Removed] again...
I ordered a game from Kalahari on 25 October, with the hopes that it would be sent out within the 2-3 days that the website stated it would. Firstly, I never received the confirmation email that my order had been successful and as it was late at night, I went to bed thinking that I would likely get the email by morning to complete the transaction... Nothing...
A few days went by and I eventually thought that the transaction had not gone through, but then received the email from them that the order will soon be cancelled with all the details that I needed to complete the payment.
I immediately did the payment and sent through the confirmation - now awaiting my goods...
On 6 November, however, I received an email stating that the order is cancelled and there isn't any stock available - Now awaiting my refund...
I feel that this is unacceptable - it is a BRAND NEW game, released late in October 2013!!! I eventually went out and got one at Musica, but now missed out on the limited edition version thanks to Kalahari.
I will just stick to TAKEALOT in future!!
