NO STOCK AND THEY BLAME THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR INCOMP

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN - MANAGER MR AMOS

We would like to know when this refund can be made? Up to 27/01 it has not been refunded.
We have had too many problems with regards to the lounge suit we bought and I can understand you do not carry R10 000 in your store, but surely you could have offered to pay us the R350 in cash.
The purchase was made on 13/01 and we collected on 20/01 ourselves (off the floor situation).
Kindly investigate and revert a.s.a.p.

Since we had to pay this delivery charge when the purchase was made, why do we now have to wait for this amount to be refunded?? We expect your branch to investigate, therefore do not even suggest that we have to contact your head office.
The refund can be paid in the account of Mr D L Smit - the banking details will reflect on your documentation as well. (Cash-R7000.00 and Mr Smit-debit card-R3349.00)
