The store is filthy
Floor and shelves dirty
Out of stocks is ridiculous - pnp brand dental floss out of stock for more than a month
Safety hazard loose tile in cereal section
Merchandisers blocking off sections with trolleys
Merchandisers & staff talking on their phones on the shop floor (think one of the managers is also guilty...
Check out point is a mess, till point chillers not working could not get one cold drink...
The scan rate off the cashiers is pathetic take forever to scan a product
The hygiene in the deli is not on standard (not even going to go there...)
And the list goes on and on...
