I ordered a pair of shoes online from woolworths 2 weeks ago. I selected the date I would like it to be delivered which was Wednesday last week. It still has not arrived. I have received no communication regarding the late delivery. I tried phoning your call center this morning and it keeps me on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up. Poor service
