It has been approximately 2 months (if not longer) that I have ordered a certain pair of shoes at Woolworths Keywest in Krugersdorp. I had to phone them after 2weeks because I did not know if they ordered the shoes from another branch or not. After my first telephone conversation I AGAIIN phoned about 6 times to check up on the status of delivery etc. NOTHING but empty promises. I still don't have the shoes. In fact, I am so put off, I don't even want it anymore. Woolworths Keywest has the poorest service I have ever encountered as a Woolworths customer. I will never support them again. Thanks for nothing!!!
