I received a game voucher of R500 of which I only used R100 from it was therefore had a balabce of R400 left it, this transaction took place on the 7.jan.2013. I kept my slip from that transaction as I always do save all my purchace slips, on the 2.feb.2013 went back in store to make anather purchase using my gift card that according ti my knowlege had a balance of R400 in it, when got to the till poin I prodeced my card and there I got the shock of my life, was told my card had inssuficient funds it, question the matter even showed them my receipt showing my balance, I asked for the supervisor on duty, a lady named Kulane came, took my voucher saying she was going to check how much was in the voucher, after iv explainned to her what happend. I looked like a fool infront of the enter queing people, one lady even posted a comment saying" typical black people, she knows she used the money and now she is holding up the que, for what now" didn't say a word I just gave her the evil eye, Kulane promised to keep updating me but she never did I personaly had to keep phoning her, asking what's the update, her last words to me after 10days was there's nothing that can be done for me after all
